SHIT has a unique governance system that blends “separation of powers”, “strong core driving force”, and “full transparency”.

The SHIT project draws insights from various existing systems and organizations, both in DeFi and CeFi, even incorporating elements from the governance models of the U.S. and Singapore. However, it does not blindly follow DeFi, CeFi, or traditional DAO structures. Instead, it builds a new system where transparency, motivation, and effective democracy coexist.

The SHIT team is open-minded and agile, continuously adapting to new challenges and ensuring the system remains highly efficient in response to the evolving global paradigm.
