Separation of Power
Based on the 3+2 principles, power and benefits are properly segregated, effectively preventing the abuse of authority. The core team is completely disconnected from direct financial benefits tied to token value, ensuring all that join the core team are those fully committed to creating social impact. They are, however, granted full authority to utilize resources efficiently to accelerate project development.
Supervision of the core team is entrusted to the council, which ensures the team remains aligned with the project's mission. Meanwhile, the community directly benefits from token rewards and token value, providing essential support to the entire ecosystem.
