OSHIT is a long-term social impact project with a five-year plan and a clear roadmap extending beyond ten years. This structured vision applies not only to the overall OSHIT initiative but also to each individual project within it.

To ensure sustainable development, several students have applied for grants at a minimum-wage level, committing to working full-time on OSHIT for at least the next four years. Their dedication guarantees that OSHIT will continue to evolve, expand, and create a lasting impact for years to come.

We are in this for the long haul, because giving a SHIT is not just a moment, it is a movement!
